The Volume Fader (sometimes
called a Slider) is somewhat self-explanatory (you push it up and the music
gets louder). However, this is not without its own pitfalls. For example,
many times in your efforts to balance the output of two songs you will
end up with both faders pushed up to the max, +15dB. The trouble here is
now you have run out of room (the technical term for this is Headroom.)
